Mandya: Sleuth of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) allegedly captured the survey supervisor when he took bribes from farmers at the Tahsildar office on Tuesday.
According to ACB officers, Lokesh, survey supervisor at the Tahsildar office, was taking RS 10,000 from a farmer.
Lokesh allegedly demanded Rs 50,000 from farmers because of surveying his land in Siddapura Village in Srirangapatna Taluk.
He then agreed to survey and issued a sketch for Rs 10,000.
Farmers complain to ACB and traps are put to catch Lokesh.
He has been sent to Jadic Custody.
