Times News Network Kanpur: Vikas Yadav alias Vicky, accused of helping Amar Dubey, the nephew of the famous Dubey Vikas, who fled after the bicro incident, had been arrested by the Panki police on Sunday.
Vikas was identified recently when STF damaged the gang that sold Vikas weapons.

He lived in Darshan Purwa from the Fazalganj police station area by changing his identity.
