Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Monday guarantees to the Sub-Inspector (SI) Shiv Kumar detained in connection with the death of the tirkey, a sub-inspector and office responsible for the Mahila Police Station in Sahebanjj.
Tirkey was found depending on the housing quarter in Sahebanjj on May 3 last year in Sahebanjj.
Batch 2018 officers are involved in a relationship with Tirey.
The police in his investigation concluded that Tirkey sentiment was injured by Kumar who pushed him to commit suicide.
Judge Ambuj Nath court heard the SI petition was told that Kumar was not directly related to Tirkey.
While Tirey posted on Sahebanj, Kumar posted in Chaibasa and he did not hurt the sentiment from the deceased in any way, Kumar’s advice argued.
The court, after being satisfied with the defense advisory argument, gave a guarantee to Kumar.
Soon after the death of Tirkey, his father Devanand Oraon had submitted a request for a warrant before the High Court was seeking an independent investigation into his daughter’s death.
Oraon has claimed that his daughter did not commit suicide, but he was killed.
