Chennai: Close on the heel of a series of revenge and rowdy murder in Chennai and other parts of the country including decaping four people in Dindigul and Tirunelveli, Police Tamil Nadu arrested 450 antisocial elements in intensive allowance operations throughout the state on Thursday.
