Nagpur: Steaming Khichdi Hot ‘Bhog’, offered to Dewi Durga before being distributed among Mass, has brought the lost charm and cheering ‘Pujo’ in the Pandal after a one-year break was enforced by the Bengali Association.

“Our bhog presentation was decided by the Bhog Committee under Ghijeet Ghosu, accepting appreciation.
Even though we cannot restore the excitement of the community lunch which is a characteristic of Pujo, the worshipers get something to be entertained,” he said.

Soumyajit Kundu, a key member among the committee, said 60 people were offered Bhog in the banquet room where too many crowding was not permitted.

Aa Mukherjee, a visitor at PNB, said the excitement to be obtained from enjoying the hot khichdi in the pandal.
