Sojat Mehndi is famous and sought and sought after receiving a geographical indication certificate (GI) on Sunday.

A senior official in the Industrial Department said that Sojat Mehndi was known as high law, red-orange dyes, content.
Quality is determined by color properties, purity, and coloring.
“The main coloring content is a law.
According to the Minimum Bureau of the Indian Standard (BIS), for ordinary Mehndi, the Law level must be 1.
However, the content of the Law of Mehndi is much better than the minimum bus standard because of more than 2.5 .
The content of high law has made it special and unique, compared to other varieties, “said Mahendra Kumar Parakh, Commissioner, Industrial and Trade Department.
The city of Sojat, also called ‘Mehndi Nagri’, is a city of cultivation and the largest Henna manufacturer in India.
It has special colors due to soil conditions and rain patterns.
Good quality has motivated many local farmers to grow Mehndi.
About 90% of Mehndi India’s output comes from Sojat, Marwar Junction and Jaitara area, and is valued at RS 1,000 Crore.
Rajjar Ali, General Manager, District Industry and Trade Center, Pali, said, “There are 160 factories that make Mehndi in Pali involving more than 20,000 people.
The plants are cultivated in around 40,000 hectares and many products run to Middle Eastern countries.” Gi tag is a form of intellectual property, certification given to certain goods or products that are unique to the geographical area.
This is an integral part of developments that advance economic interests.
These tags are a tool to protect ownership rights for natural resources and manufacturing goods.
Products that have GI tags prevent unauthorized use and provide financial benefits for producers through exports.
