Samsung has recently been launching Android 12 based on one UI 4.0 for smartphones and according to reports by Tizenhelp, the technology giant has stopped the OS update for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series in South Korea.
The announcement was reportedly issued by the Samsung Community Moderator.
According to the report, several devices in the Galaxy S21 series have an error.
Error is said to be a compatibility problem with Google Play.
It is hoped that the roll out will continue after Google and Samsung resolve the problem.
Some problems were also experienced by the folding smartphone Samsung Galaxy Z folding company 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 when they began to receive an UI 4.0 operating system update.
According to previous reports, the problems faced by users in South Korea after updates including deducted devices.
Some users complain that their device will enter recovery mode after installing updates.
Some users also experience camera problems.
As reported by users, the images are automatically removed from the telephone gallery and there are several cellphones that provide poor quality audio recordings.
After fixing the problem, the company again began to release updates for users.
According to the recent report by Sammobile, the new Android update for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 in South Korea is equipped with the F711nku2bukl firmware version and the latest update stable UI 4.0 for the F926nku1bul4 galaxy z folding version.
The next report shows that if this new software is stable, the company can immediately free them for the market.
The company is currently preparing to launch the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series.
Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22 + and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra reported will run on one UI 4.0 outside the box.
