Noida: Rajya Sabha MP Surendra Singh Nagar and Local Mla Pankaj Singh on Thursday launched 30 projects worth almost RS 31 Crore in the city.
From the Noida Authority projects, 22 works worth Rs 22.62 Crore were inaugurated while the foundation stone was placed for the remaining worth 8.35 crore.
While 114 people were handed over by the ownership certificate under the Jhuggi Jhopri rehabilitation scheme (slum rehabilitation scheme), the Startup Hub built at the cost of Rs 2.61 Crore was also inaugurated in the phase 2 area by the two politicians.
Startup Hub has been built with the intention of pushing new talents, officials said.
Other projects inaugurated by MP and MLA include Sliding Work of Rs 5.92 Crore Disposal from GH-01B plot numbers to SPS in Sector-43, toilet reconstruction in Atta Village, the work of the sidewalk renovation of irrigation disposal to Hindon Perna on the Project DSC Construction of road boundaries and green belts in Sector 77.
Also launched is the construction work of Jalan CC drain in Sarfabad Village, road repair work and waterways in various pathways of Khanjarpur, drained sidewalk construction work and repair of sidewalk sidewalks in Sorkha Zahidabad work in phase 2.
Work of Community Center Repair in Sector 137, Installation of Fountains in Three Sectors and ‘I like the Selfie Noida’ point in eight places also initiated.
The Laid stone foundation for eight projects worth RS 8.35 Crore including repair work mostly waterways, central thresholds and roads in the city.
The event was held at Panchsheel Balak Inter College in Sector 91, where other than Aceos – Neha Sharma and Praveen Bisht – another senior officer from the Noida Authority was present on that occasion.
