Ahmedabad: 45-year-old social worker, a resident of Ambawadi, registered a complaint under the IPC 354 (attack to the woman with an intention to be angry, 323 (causing injury) to one Chandrakan Movadiya.
The complainant stated that he operated the NGO in the Bhudarpura area and he had to recover Money from Movadiya.
On Tuesday morning, he received a call from one of his relatives that Movadiya was in Krishnadham Avas at Vejalpur Road.
The complainant rushed to the area to demand the money.
When he saw social workers, Movadia began to abuse and attack him.
He persecuted and pushed him up said the complainant.
He stated that he fell on the bed at home where Movadiya was present and somehow left the house.
He called the control room and then went to the Anandnagar police station to file a complaint.
