New Delhi: Telecom Bharti Airtel’s operator will not take advantage of interesting conversion options in the suspended spectrum and AGR contributions into equity, under the reform package, according to the submission of regulations by the company on Friday.
Airtel said he had told the telecommunications department about his decision.

we want to tell you that the company has confirmed to the DOT (Telecom Department) that it will not take advantage of the interest conversion option for the suspended spectrum and AGR contributions (adjustable gross income) into equity,” said Airtel in Archiving BSE .
