Agra: A 32-year-old lawyer was killed and his father, also an advocate, a sustainable injury when the two-wheeled two ride a trip home from the court was hit by a Sokir truck on Jalan Bypass Khair in Aligarh below the Roravar police limit on Tuesday.
The police said the accident occurred when Sadhna Gaur rose as a pillion on his 65-year-old father Tejpal Sharma with Skotti.
He died in place, while his injured father shifted to the hospital.
Circle Officer Mohsin Khan said the FIR would be registered based on the complaint submitted by the victim’s family and added that they had caught the truck driver.
The uncle of women Sudhir Kumar Sharma said that the truck dragged his nephew about a hundred meters on the road.
Sharma accused that the police who reached the place took the driver without providing assistance to injured.
However, the police claimed that they wanted to catch the driver, and immediately sent another police team to the place to help injured.
