Vadodara: A man, who was accused of killing his first wife in Santrampur City in the Mahisagar district, has now been accused of giving Triple Talaq to his second wife in WhatsApp.
Teni Arif, who was accused of alleged writing a letter that gave a triple Talaq to the woman and sent it to her at WhatsApp on August 28.
The woman approached a female police station in Lunawada and a registered violation.
Teni came out with a guarantee in the case of the murder of his first wife.
The woman claimed that she was harassed and beaten by her husband, her brothers and nephews.
The husband was suspected of running gamblers and used to spoil gambling.
When the second wife objected to this, she used to harass it.
The woman accused her sister and her niece, who used to live with them, triggered teni.
Teni even threatened the woman that she had killed her first wife by throwing it into a canal and she would do the same with her.
The complainant has claimed that on August 24 he rushed out of his house when he was beaten, but teni and the others dragged him back to their home.
Then on that day he managed to escape when the others were not at home.
The victim went to his father’s house in Lunawada.
This is where he received whatsapp message when his father and other people were present with him.
The letter was aimed at his father and stated that Teni gave him a voluntary divorce.
“Today I’m willing to give Talaq, Talaq, Talaq,” said the note.
The police sub-inspector of the KC Jhala police station said the police would immediately accuse.
