Alwar: The defendant was arrested in the case of Gangrape escaped from the Laxmangarh police station in Alwar on Saturday morning when he went to the toilet there.
He was previously arrested on Friday night.
Constable has been suspended for weakness.
“Accused of Akram Khan (23) was submitted at the police station locking since Friday night.
On Saturday morning, when he asked to go to the toilet, Jasveer Singh’s duty accompanied him until the toilet entrance at the police station,” said Tejaswani Gautam, SP (Alwar).
“Suddenly he climbed one of the walls of the police station close to the toilet,” said a senior officer.
