Greater Noida: Allottee Industry that has purchased land near Yamuna Expressway was recently written to the local development authority to restore additional quantities that have been added to the premium of land to pay for farmers.
In December last year, the Yamuna Expressway Industry Development Authority (YEIDA) has requested Alotting Industrial Plots, which signed up for a one-time completion scheme, to pay “no litigation incentives” along with customized premiums.
“Incentives” were charged by Yeida for compensation to 64.7%, he had to pay to convince farmers who parted with their land from Yamuna’s freeway to withdraw the court case and accept the completion of “outside the field”.
Because he was persuaded to pay contributions until December 31 last year, hundreds of people, who have been given land in sector 32 and 33, sent a letter to Yeida to reconsider his decision to spit out farmers.
