Ameesha Patel became the headlines recently, after its social banter media with Faisal Patel, the son of the late Ahmed Patel politician, went virus.
A few days ago, Faisal made a marriage proposal with him public on Twitter, bringing us to believe that they were in a serious relationship.
It all started when the actress hoped the last on her birthday on December 30 on social media.
The message is on Twitter reading, “Happy birthday, love you …
have a super awesome year.” This was followed by Faisal’s answer, which read, “I officially proposed in public.
Would you marry me?”
In an exclusive chat with BT, Ameesha cleaned the air saying, “This is funny! Faisal and I returned far away.
We have known each other for years.
I made friends with him and his sister.
The message is just an internal joke between us.
There is nothing more for that.
I am single and I love being single.
I am not interested in creatures in a relationship now.
Faisal is someone who likes this joke.
”
Interestingly, after the proposal of his marriage went virus, Faisal removed his message, which Ameesha said, “I told him that you should not delete the message, and that I would answer the post in my style.
But he said that he began to get a call from people.
You see this is what happens with community leaders, you cannot even jokes in public.
”
Regarding their relationship, outlining Ameesha, “We both shared a political background.
My grandfather, Barrister Rajni Patel, worked with (former Indian PM) Indira Gandhi, while Mr.
Ahmed Patel worked with Sonia Gandhi.
Our family has known each other for three generations.
I am very close to the end of Ahmed uncle.
Faisal and I share friends who are common, too.
”
He added, “I know many celebs will get married lately, but I have no plans to join the music train.
I love staying a single and doing my own thing as I want.
I feel that in a relationship is emotion that is very draining.
At this point, I don’t have time for that.
”
At present, Ameesha is busy filming for Gadar 2, which is a sequel from the 2001 film Hit Gadar: Ek Prem Katha directed by Anil Sharma.
Talking about making smart as Sakeena, in the sequel that his reunion with Sunny Deol on the screen, he said, “I have a surrealist experience that the most dreams of once more.
