New Delhi: Apple has reportedly fired Parrish Janneke, a #Appletoo movement leader.
According to a report in Verge, Parrish, a program manager at Apple Maps, was stopped to delete files from his work device during an internal investigation – an action categorized as “non-compliance”.
Citing the source is aware of this problem, files include applications such as Robinhood, Pokémon Go and Google Drive.
It is not clear what this application relationship is for company investigations against Parrish.
The #Appletoo movement experienced has been formed to provide Apple employees how to share stories about workplace harassment and discrimination.
Apple employees who want to convey these stories can continue to do so through the #Appletoo website.
Parrish is the second employee connected with the #Appletoo movement to be fired in recent months.
In September, Apple was reportedly firing Ashley Gjovik for allegedly leaking confidential information.
Gjovik is said to have proposed many bills with NLRB related to how Apple treats it.
He also accused that the anti-leaky CEO of Apple CEO COOK can violate US employment law.
The day after the launch of Apple’s latest generation iPhone, the iPhone 13 series, Cook sent an email to company employees who said that those who leaked internal memos were not included in Apple.

It is a good opportunity to reflect on our achievements and have a discussion about what is on your mind.
I wrote today because I’ve heard of so many of you very frustrated to see the contents of the leakage meeting for reporters.
This happened after the product launch where most of our announcement details also leaked into the press.
I want you to know that I share frustration.
These opportunities are connected because a team is very important.
But they only work if we can trust that the content will remain in Apple.
I want to convince you that we do all our power to identify those leaked.
As you know, we don’t tolerate disclosure of confidential information, whether it’s an IP product or detail confidential meeting.
We know that leakage is a small number of people.
We also know that people who leak confidential information are not included here.
As we hope, I want to thank you for everything you have done to make our product reality and everything you will do to get it to the customer’s hand.
