Apple has begun launching fourth beta from iOS 15.1 to public developers for testing purposes.
The update came a week after the company released a third beta and three weeks after the new operating system was officially launched for the public.
The new beta comes just before the company’s special event next week on October 18.
It also shows that we might just a few more days from the official release iOS 15.1.
A report on AppleInsider suggests that the technology giant will officially release the final version of iOS 15.1 in the last week of October, a week after Apple’s special event.
Beta updates bring new features and fix bugs seen by users after installing new builds.
One of the main features that accompanied the first beta was Shareplay which was promised by the company to be part of iOS 15 but was removed right before the launch.
The third iOS 15.1 Beta adds the new camera features promised by the company.
Updates allow users to record videos with Apple Prores codecs.
Users also get access to the toggle that control automatic macro mode.
If you have registered as a developer on the Apple Beta page, the update will be available for you in the settings section.
