The special NDPS court here on Thursday rejects the application of the Bollywood Actor Kohli actor in drug cases.
Judge Jogcekar refused the bail application.

Kohli was arrested on August 29 after the attack by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at his residence where illegal drugs were accused of being confiscated.

His lawyer argues that only a small number of drugs are thought to recover from their ownership, which is a relatively lower violation, so he has the right to guarantee.
NCB opposed the application, claiming that the actor had a direct link with two initial charges in the case of “commercial” which was great from the smuggled recovered.
Under narcotics and psychotropic substances (NDPS) acts, violations involving commercial numbers (which vary for different substances) withdraw higher punishment.

Previously, the judge’s court has denied guarantees to Kohli.
This actor appeared at Salman Khan-starter ‘Prem Dhan Dhan Payo’ among other Hindi films, and also one of the TV Reality Show ‘Bigg Boss’ contestants.
