Mumbai: While the Bombay High Court has not yet decided on the son of the Shah Rukh Khan Bail Bail Khan Aryan Khan and the other two in the case of the Breast of Narcotics Liner Cruise, a special court heard narcotics narcotics and psychotropic (NDPS) on Tuesday released two accused of being guaranteed.

Sahu lawyer there Raes Khan argued that there was no ownership.
He said he could not be imprisoned further with the pretext of the same investigation thread.
Conspiracy cannot be assumed through facts that are not connected or without links or independent material to it.
He said the recovery of other charges was independent recovery.
Khan said section 27 – a of the NDPS law that gave a sentence for financing was not called against Sahu, and therefore he could not be treated with the same footing as Arya Khan and others.
Defending Rajgaria, Ajay Advocate Umapati Dubey said the agency did not find 2.4 grams of marijuana in its ownership.
“Panchnama stated that marijuana was handed over by Patil security officers from a cruise ship,” he added below the part 50 of the NDPS law, the defendant should be sought before a judge or officer who was exchanged.
He also said the remand report revealed that the recovery was influenced in a place allegedly an independent recovery and that Rajgaria did not have a relationship with him.
Against PLEA Bail Rajgaria, prosecution denied any irregularities in Panchnama.
In the case of Sahu, the prosecution said the law was clear that even if there was no recovery, it did not give charges for guarantees.
