Guwahati: Investigative officers investigated the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) SCAM on Tuesday filed Chargesheet 12 of 23 ACS officers and APS when the police had found some new evidence against the defendant.
23 These officers are between 60 who were arrested in connection with this case.
The Chairman of the APSC later, Rakesh Paul, was arrested in 2016.
Surjeet Singh Panesar, an investigative officer, “We have found new evidence of 23 defendants.

Paul, who had been guaranteed in three cases, was still in prison because he had not received a guarantee in another case registered at the Bhangagarh police station.
