Guwahati: Two former Circle officers from the Salmara-Makachar Assam District, who were in the presence of the ministerial weaving cell custody for five days, were sent to durable on Thursday in connection with the registered case against former ADC Saibar Rahman for alleged irregularities.

The defendant was Bikramaditya Bora and Ilias Ali.
They were in police custody since December 3.
Vigital cells on November 30 submit a Chargesheet 305 pages against Rahman in this case before the Special Judge Court.
Rahman has transferred a high court to guarantee but the petition was rejected on November 23.
Precaived cells have arrested Rahman on August 24 in cases of disproportionate assets, where the High Court gave him a guarantee on November 23 after cell vigilance failed investigations and load sheet files in 90 days.
During the judicial period in cases of disproportionate assets, cell vigilance received complaints from one Ruhul Amin and 28 others from the district that accused the irregularities in the appointment of village heads by Saibar Rahman along with other senior government officers in the District Administration in 2018.
