Coimbatore: Coimbatore Bar Association (CBA) on Friday issued a resolution to boycott court activities at the essential commodity action court in the city, allegating that the judge had treated a lawyer in a non-polluted way.
The CBA general body meeting, led by his President P R, passed two resolutions in this matter.
“He made false comments and slandered the office carrier on November 9.
We submitted a petition to Madras’s personal judge on November 23 which was looking for the Action Department against the EC court judge.
However, there was no action initiated by it so far.
To condemn the lack of actions against the judge , CBA members will stay away from the process of Lok Adalat on Saturday, “Arulmoli said.
He said CBA passed another resolution that was interesting for its members to boycott the EC Court trial until it was suitable for actions starting against the judge.
