Jaipur: The Rajasthan government transfers 39 IPS officers on Wednesday night.
Additional Senior DGS (ADG), Inspector General (IGS), Deputy IGS and police supervisors (SPS) are among those who are transferred.
While ADG (Law and order) Saurabh Shrivastava shifted to the headquarters in the same rank, Adg Smita Shrivastava was transferred from traffic to civil rights.
Jaipur Range Ig Hawa Singh Ghumariya has been transferred to law and order at the temporary headquarters of IG Sanjay Shrotriya has been moved from CM Security to replace Ghumariya.
The government also made major changes in the Jaipur police commissioner.
The additional commissioner (law and command) Rahul Prakash has been transferred to the Special Operations Group (SOG) as an excavation.
He will be replaced by Haider Ali Zaidi.
Likewise, DCP (head office) Amrita Duhan will replace Anand Ingant as DCP (Crime), and Anand has been sent to Jodhpur as DCP West.
DCP (Metro) Richa Tomar has been appointed as a DCP for Jaipur West, he will replace Pradeep Mohan Sharma who has been appointed as SP Jhunjhunu.
The government also transferred SPS from several important districts.
Bikaner SP Preeti Chandra was transferred to Jaipur police headquarters.
He will be replaced with YOGED YADAV posted in ATS.
Likewise, Bhilwara SP Vikas Sharma will replace Chandra Sharma Jagdish as a new SP from Ajmer.
The government also changed SPS posted in Jalore, Pali, Baran, Banswara, a rural city, Jhalawar, Sriganganagar and Bundi.
Other major changes include anti-corruption (ACB) and CB-CID bureaus.
