LONDON: Jarred Gillett Australia will be the first foreign official to oversee the Premier League match this weekend when he took over Newcastle’s trip to Watford on Saturday.
Gillett was promoted to a particular group of one referee by the official match of the Limited Professional Game (PGMOL) in the beginning of the season.
He moved to England in the 2019-20 season for the referee in the English football league after exhibiting nine seasons in the league in their home country.
Gillett has become an ordinary VAR referee in the Premier League for the past two seasons.
