Vadodara: Court session on Tuesday denied the guarantee to Job Zarda, brother of Salim Zarda, a convict in 2002 Godhra Sabarmati Express Case Carnage Case.
Job was arrested last month to establish a certificate of solvency for parole of his brother.
Ayub, who is currently in custody, has sought guarantees on the grounds that he has been truly booked in this case because he has no role in forging a certificate of solvency.
He stated that instead of registering a violation of people, who truly falsified the certificate, the Vadodara Central Prison official gave him a complaint.
Opposing the Ayub Bail Application, the Anil Desai District Government Applicant argues that Job conspires to help his brother run away by submitting a false solvency certificate.
“Other accusations in this case will also be arrested and there is a possibility that if the defendant will be released, he may have damaged the evidence or helps be accused of others,” Desai said.
The additional session court assesses the arguments of G D D PASI UPHELD Desai and also consider reports by prison authorities to register pine to reject the Ayub bail application.
Salim, who had been punished by a life imprisonment, was given a 21-day conditional release by the Gujarat High Court on June 16.
The court has ordered to deposit RS one lakh and a solvency certificate with the same amount as two people within 15 days in 15 days.

On June 30, when prison officials asked for the original Aadhar card from the two men, Job said that the identity card was stored at the gate along with his cellphone.
He went to get an identity card but never returned.
