Kolkata: Former Secretary of Head of Bengala Bandyopadhyay, who currently serves as the main adviser of the minister of the chairman, on Tuesday received the threat of death through a letter sent by his wife.
“Your husband will be killed.
There is no body that can save your husband’s life”, is the contents of the letter, October 22.
The typed letter has been forwarded to Kolkata police, who investigated this problem.
“Active investigation.
It is impossible to comment further now,” said a senior police officer.
