Bareilly: The Bareilly Court session on Friday gave a lifetime sentence to a man for the murder of his sister who contradicted his family’s wishes and married his choice man.
Additional Session Judge Sunil Kumar Verma was found accusing Mohammed Taalib guilty and sentenced him to life imprisonment.

Providing details, additional district government advisors Sachin Jaiswal said Shabana (22) had married his distant relatives, Jabir Hussain, against his family’s desire in 2018.
Four months later in March 2019, his brother, Muhammad Taalib, fell to his house.

Taalib, aged 21 years later, was arrested and ordered under the IPC 302 section (murder) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
