New Delhi: The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) is planning a plan to offer contracts to the Pacers and spinners outside of those contracted by centrally by the council.
Plans are being carried out to handle contracts for 10 Pacers and their respective spinners in male and female crickets.
These identified Cricketers will be prepared by the National Cricket Academy (NCA).
The idea will be carried out by the Senior Selection Committee, Junior Selection Committee, Head of NCA VVS Laxman and NCA Bowling Coach Troy Cooley.
The two selection committees will lurk talent and recommend names to NCA.
There is no age bar for this cricket selection.
They can be 17 years old or even 25 years old.
The idea keeps a set of bowlers ready in the pool.
NCA will take care of every need of these players.
Not yet decided on this contract value.
But the sources told TII that they could reach Rs 50 Lakh.
The council has begun working on the ‘appears’ program to ensure the player does not lose the road after they play the U-19 cricket.
This contract system will be integrated in the program.
A similar contract system for Bowler has been quickly tried by the British and Wales cricket board.
“NCA will monitor the growth of these players and map their career paths.
There are plans to enter allrounders and wicketkeepers in the future too,” said BCCI source.

BCCI will work on the side of its development along with NCA contract talents.
“The idea is to give them competitive compatibility.
