BCI held the elders panel from holding the election of the KBA

Kanpur: The Indian Bar Board (BCI) has held the Elder Committee of the Kanpur Bar Association to hold the election of the Bar Association to the disposal of the issue of the KBA and Suspension of Advocates by the Uttar Pradesh Bar Board.
BCI has also directed the board bar up to get rid of the problem as soon as possible.
Secretary BCI Srimanto Sen in his letter on January 5 has asked the Board of Bar to discard the petition from Pawan Kumar Tiwari’s advocate for two weeks after being received by the Representative of the letter submitted by the Pawan Kumar Tiwari and Elders Committee, KBA.

Pawan Kumar Tiwari was banned from practicing by the Bar Board after Anarchy in the annual election of the KBA held on December 17th where advocates were shot dead and elections.
Secretary in his letter also stated that the KBA Elder Committee had sent a letter on December 30, 2021 received by the BCI office on January 4, 2022.
BCI has directed the Elder Committee and the Board of Bar for their reports on the issue proposed by Pawan Kumar Tiwari Advocate.
The committee has completed their report when the board bar has not provided a report.
Pawan Kumar Tiwari prefers the application before BCI under Section 48 A and B of the Advocate Act and has urged to remain a sequence of suspension of practice and cancel it.
The Elder Committee of the Kanpur Bar Association in his letter on December 30, 2021 has given Chit Chit to Pawan Kumar Tiwari and declare it as a member of the KBA studied.
He continued to compete for the election for the position of Secretary for 5 years and there were no complaints of violations committed against him.
Therefore, this committee asked our BCI parent organization to bring down all the processes of Pawan Kumar Tiwari Advocate, it was asked.
