Ranchi: With the state government took his promise to give teachers with service conditions along the lines in Bihar, the Ekicrite of Sangsharsh Morcha (EPSSM) has decided to continue their struggle to fulfill their demands, including their requests for the scale of payment.
In a virtual meeting on Monday, Epssm members expressed their dissatisfaction with government decisions and resolved for democratically agitation.
Recently, the government has framed a series of draft rules for teacher services and began circulating among teachers.
The rule states that all teachers will undergo the age of 60 years.
Trained teachers will get a 50% increase in their wages while untrained will get a 30% increase.
Untrained teachers will get a more than 10% increase if they continue the assessment examination.

At Bihar, trained teachers have a salary scale of Rs 5,200-Rs 20,200 per month and have funding funds and annual increases.
“Our request will have a payment scale will continue,” said Pathak Rishikant’s teacher.
The Minister of Education and Education of Jagarnath Mahto said that there were technical barriers to payment.
“The difficulty arises when the teachers have not been appointed under the list system.
But we promise to bring some changes in the future to improve their service conditions,” he added.
Pathak said, “The minister should learn all the details before making these promises.
In addition, there are several anomalies in the draft rules that must be changed.”
The teachers even claim that there are several provisions in the design of the service rules that put their future in danger.
The delegation of the teachers planned to meet Mahto and asked him to reconsider the decision.
