Bengaluru: A 25-year-old beginner actress allegedly hung her in an apartment in an apartment in Dodabele, near Rajarajeshwari medical medical hospital, Mysore Road on Thursday morning.
The deceased is the sojanya from Kushalnagar, Kodagu district.
Born Savi Mappa, the sojanya has made a small role in several sandalwood films and also appeared in the television series.
The police said he was leaving a four-page suicide note where he apologized to his parents.
The note is in a mixture of Kodava, Kannada and English.
He mentioned him depression due to health problems and it was the reason behind it took extreme steps.
The police suspected that he had thought of killing himself for several days and had left a note on September 27.
The incident was revealed at around 10:30 a.m.
The sojanya sent a friend to the nearest hotel to bring breakfast and before he arrived in his flat, he hung himself from the ceiling fan using sari.
The parents’ parents reached the Kumbalagodu jurisdictional police station late at night.
According to family sources, the sojanya has called his mother in the morning and tells him that he will reach Kushalnagar later and request that his favorite ‘Soppu Saaru’ (Curry Greens) is stored.
It was reported to have borrowed Rs 1 lakh from the family a week ago.
Parents were reported to have expressed doubts about suicide.
Kumblagodu police said that after checking the statement of parents, they could change cases of unnatural deaths to be one of the suspicious deaths.
