Bengaluru: All schools and colleges in Bengaluru on Monday reopen and offline classes continued for grade 1-10 students.
“We have re-opened school with close compliance with the Covid-19 protocol.
LKG & UKG classes have not started,” Sujata said, the principal, Shivaji Nagar.

He added that it was difficult for teachers to teach offline too.
“The physical class is needed for children’s education and I am happy that the government has allowed offline classes to continue”, he said.
“I enjoyed going to school because I was finally able to play with my friends,” said Ayza, a student on Monday.
In addition to school, the college level will also be reopened in Bengaluru, said Education Minister BC Nagesh on Saturday.
One of the teachers while talking to Ani said, “We miss the students in the classroom and are waiting to start offline classes.”
Educational institutions in Karnataka were previously closed given the increase that was alarming number of Covid-19 cases in the state.
The Karnataka government also decided to lift the curfew throughout the state today.
Schools and colleges in Tamil Nadu, Pune, Haryana and Rajasthan will be reopened for the physical class from February 1.
