WASHINGTON: United States President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that he wanted his candidate to replace the retirement of the Supreme Court Judge Stephen Breyer to have courtesy, respect, and justice philosophy of not announced rights.
Biden told reporters at the White House that he still hoped to elect his candidate at the end of February and that he wanted suggestions and approval of the Senate to take into account the decision.
