Patna: While the country has been inoculating 75% of the adult population with both doses of Covid-19 vaccine, data from Bihar shows that almost 80% of beneficiaries over 18 years have received both doses, significantly higher than the national average.
Until Monday afternoon, data from the Cowin Portal showed that more than 11.24 doses of crore vaccines have been given in Bihar, including 4.74 second-dose crore.
The state targets 5.95 crore receivers at the age of 18 and, according to the target, 79.66% have received both shots.
In addition, Bihar claims to have given the first dose of up to 100% beneficiaries over 18 years old.
In addition to two doses, nearly 5 beneficiaries of the Lakh received the dose of caution.
