Madhepura: A fir put forward against Brahmdeo Mandal (84) with the Puria Police Station in the Madhepura district on Saturday due to misleading the health department using a different ID card to take several Covid vaccine shots.
Mandal, a resident of Orai Village under the Puria Police Station area, was ordered based on a complaint submitted by incharge from the Primary Health Center.
Sho from the police station Puriai Deepak Chandra Das said the case was being investigated.
Mandal, a retired postmaster, previously claimed that he had taken 11 vaccine shots.
He has taken his first vaccine at Punini PHON on February 13 last year and next at the same center on March 13.
According to the claim, the mandal prefers the sub-health center in his village to take third jab on February 19 on May 19.
Mandal then took the fourth jab in the middle set at the door of the local PDS dealer Bhupendra Bhagat on June 16.
He prefers to get fifth jab in the camp held at Badi Badi-Hat on July 24 and the sixth Jab in Jab.
The camp was held at the Nath Baba temple on August 31.
He has taken the seventh and eighth JAB in the camp held at Bari Hat School on September 11 and 22.
The mandal then chose Kalasan PHC closest to the ninth Jab on September 24.
He changed his cellphone number and took the tenth jatty in Parbatta in the Khagariya and eleventh district in Kahalgaon in Bhagalpur Regency.
He was arrested when he went to the center to take the 12th vaccine shot.
