Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund Kin of a man who was killed by terrorists in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.
