Patna: Hundreds of students, artists and residents participated in ‘Prabhat Pheri’ held on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on Saturday.
Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary, who is the main guest at the event at the Sinha Study Institute, said the success of Satyagraha Champaran Baparan made Mohan Mahatma.
He said Gandhi often said whether he had become a woman, he would not tolerate any torment.
“He also said that the true meaning of Swaraj was the courage of someone to talk to any injustice,” he said.

Ramjee Singh talked about women’s empowerment by Pancayati Raj Institution in the context of the Vision of the Gram of Swaraj Mahatma Gandhi.
He said Gandhiji used to say that if a woman gets awareness, no one can make mistakes to them.
“A woman is full of divine power, which is why she is worshiped,” Singh said.
He stressed that to build peace in the country and outside, one must learn from the philosophy of Gandhi’s life.
SREE Kant, Director of Jagjivan RAM Institute of Parliament and Political Research, said when women came to participate in Satyagraha, Bapu used to make them aware of the difficulty in front.
Previously, the additional Head of Secretary and Special Education Secretary, Sanjay Kumar and Satish Chandra Jha, respectively, marked ‘Prabhat Pheri’.
