New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party’s Corporation responsible for Durgesh Pathak accused the Delhi unit of the Janata Bharatiya Party to make the national capital dirty.
Pathak was allegedly in a statement that the prime minister had given ‘calls after calling’ to clean cities, the Delhi unit from his own party had failed in the field of cleanliness.
He said that he listened to PM, who had provided a message to promote cleanliness and launched a campaign, said that there was a mountain of garbage in cities, which need to be cleaned.
Pathak said that in the city where PM lived, the city company had been ruled by BJP for the past 15 years and their main job was to maintain the country’s capital clean.
He said that there were three big mountains of garbage in Ghazipur, Bhalswa and Okhla.
“The Prime Minister, BJP sits in the corporation of the city of Delhi for the past 15 years pretending to clean this garbage mountain.
The 2020 report said that the corporation could not process garbage as much as possible,” he said.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for Delhi BJP Praveen Shankar Kapoor said that sanitation workers from the three Civil Agencies Delhi worked hard to keep the city as clean as possible, but the leaders AAP continued to insult their hard work by calling Delhi a dirty city.
Kapoor said that the height of the BhalSwa and Ghazipur sites had been reduced by civilian bodies and had the Delhi government provided special funds for the work, the garbage dump might be increasingly drained.
He also accused the Delhi government repeatedly holding city funds.
The AAP government has, on previous occasions, denied allegations of cutting city funds.
