Vadodara: The local court on Sunday will guarantee 24 people including the BJP MLA Jeraryinh Solanki from the Anand District Matar election in connection with gambling cases registered in Panchmahal.
The police said one of the accused, Harshad Patel of Ahmedabad had been sent to be sent for two days in court.
“Except Patel, all the other defendants have been given a guarantee in the gambling case.
Patel, who had booked a room at the resort, was found to have nine bottles of liquor, so a separate case under a Registered Law law against him.

Solanki (43) has won the BJP ticket for the first time in a dispute in 2014 after the Matar chair fell emptiness as a choke devusinh.
