Jaipur: More than 50,000 Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers (BJP) – who gathered from all countries – held protests at Rajasthan Capital Jaipur demanded an investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the Rajasthan Magic Exam for Teacher (REET) Paper Leak (REET) on Tuesday.
Some MLA parties and parliamentarians attended the march protest scheduled from the BJP headquarters in the C scheme to the State Assembly.
However, the police present on the ground prevented the demonstrators to reach the State Assembly.
While overcoming the protesters, State President of BJP Satish Poonia said the ruling Congress party was trying to cover this problem to protect the actual culprit which included the people who held a constitutional position.
“As a responsible opposition, we demand an investigation of the central body which can only investigate this issue -famous people, “said Poonia.
The BJP state responsible for Arun Singh is also present in protests along with the leader of the Kulabchand Kataria opposition.
Protests have disabled traffic in several places such as Sodala, Ajmer Road, Ambedkar Circle, 22 Godown Circle, C-Scheme and Statue Circle in the city.
Reet paper was carried out for teacher recruitment on September 26, 2021.
The Government Gehlot canceled the exam on February 9 this year after the arrest of those involved in leaking paper with SOG.
