Patna: Special Nia Court here on Friday gave life imprisonment to three members of the Bangladesh Jamaat-Ul-Mujahiden and a strict prison sentence for five other members of the same terror clothing for their involvement in the Bodh Bodh case.
Three who was awarded the imprisonment of life including Mohammad Pawambar Sheikh, Ahmad Ali alias Kalu and Nur Alam Momin.
Special Court Add-XV Gurvinder Singh Malhotra simultaneously also submitted a 10-year-tight prison sentence for five other JMB terrorists – Bold Hossain, Abdul Karim, Mustafizur Rehman, Arif Hussain and Mohammad Adil Sheikh.
All prisoners come from Murshidabad in West Bengal.
Appearing for Nia, the prosecutor generally Lallan Prasad Sinha and the additional public prosecutor Pramod Kumar had left him in court to decide the fate of terrorists being punished because they had claimed their involvement in acts of terror.
The court has punished them on December 10 after receiving their concession petition.
The ninth allegations, Mohammad Jehidul Islam alias Kausar, Bangladesh national residents and JMB Indian wing heads, still faced trial in this case because he had not moved the recognition petition before Nia.
In accordance with Nia, Jehydul and Mustafizur are JMB senior members in India.
They have planned bombings about Buddhist symbols in retribution of alleged atrocities carried out on Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
They planted Ied near Kalchakra Ground, Gate number four from Mahabodhi Temple and near the entrance of the Sri Lankan monastery in Bodh Style on January 19, 2018.

Two other IEDs were distributed by security personnel.
The court also slapped the fine of each of Rs 39,000 in Paigambar, Ahmad and Nur while punishing them to undergo a prison sentence in several parts 121, 121a, 122, 123 of the Indian criminal code (IPC) and other relevant parts of the activity that violates law (prevention ) Act and explosive substance law.
Bellawar, Abdul and Arif were fined RS 34,000 each and Mustafizur and Fair RS 34,000 each under various parts of the IPC and two other actions.
In accordance with the Nia Chargesheet, the terrorists have made Masaurhi in East Patna and Jehanabad their hiding.
They also held a meeting at Chennai.
Nia has submitted a Chargesheet against Paigambar, Ahmad and Nur on September 27, 2018.
It then submitted additional chargesheets against six other terrorists on January 28, 2019.
