Patna: Six of nine terrorists who were arrested in connection with the 2018 BLAST style BODH case which recognized their involvement in the terror law by submitting a shared petition in the Special Nia Court on Friday.
The terrorists have faced the trial in this case being investigated by Nia.
None of them pleaded guilty when the allegations were framed against them before.
The six defendants who filed a shared petition was Ahmad Ali alias Kalu, Nur Alam Momin, Mohammad Adil Sheikh, Abdul Karim, Musfafizur Rehman and Arif Hussain.
Mohammad Pawambar Sheikh, Bellawar Hossain and National Bangladesh, Mohammad Jehidul Islam, did not submit a petition.
Low intensity blast has occurred under the generator regulated near Kalchakra Ground in Bodh Style on January 19, 2018, when the Buddha Teacher Buddha Dalai Lama also in the city.
Within hours after the explosion, security forces had recovered three more than the number four gate of the Mahabodhi temple and in front of a Sri Lankan monastery.
Dalai Lama lives in Tibetan monastery located near the Sri Lanka monaster.
According to the Nia Chargesheet, the terror plot hatches to avenge the alleged atrocities to Rohingya in Myanmar.
Jamaat-Ul-Mujahididen Bangladesh (JMB), a terror organization banned by Mha, allegedly planned the explosion.
Jehydul, one of the terrorists arrested, has a relationship with JMB who tried to build its roots in India.
The defendant submitted the Joint Petition Hour after they were produced at the Nia Court after being taken to Patna from West Bengal via the train.
Because it is voluntary recognition, the court can show reduction when terrorists want to join the mainstream of the community again.
Nine terrorists were also accused of cases of Burdwan Blast.
They have also been charged with robbery to fund JMB terror network in Bengaluru.
Both cases with Nia.
After production in front of the Nia Court, nine terrorists were taken to the Beur Central Jail in the middle of strict security.
Nia Court has fixed November 22 as the next hearing date in this case.
Special Public Prosecutor’s Office (Nia) Lallan Prasad Sinha said they had received a copy of the joint petition submitted by six terrorists.
“We will learn the petition.
No more can be revealed at this time,” he added.
Nia has submitted a Chargesheet against six accused of September 27, 2018 followed by additional Chargesheet to the remaining three on January 28, 2019.
