Jaipur: With the aim of providing employment opportunities and bringing domestic investors during Rajasthan Summit-2022 investment, the Development Authority of Jaipur (JDA) on Wednesday arranged a meeting with the Confederation of the Indian Real Estate Developer Association, (Credie), Rajasthan.
After the meeting, officials believe new opportunities for industrial development, work in the tourism sector will be created in Jaipur.
In the meeting, a leading real estate developer from Jaipur claimed that during Rajasthan Summit-2022 investment, the investment of around Rs 10,000 Crore would be made by the group.
The Group will start the second phase work of amusement parks in Mansarovar.
Likewise, medical colleges will be built within 10 km of radius medical hospitals established in Shiprapath in Mansarovar.
Along with this, three industrial cities will be developed in the city of Jaipur, where around 2,000 industries will be established.
The two integrated cities will also be developed, which will have around 3,000 plots.
The group claims the IT hub will also be developed, where the company’s office will be available for Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad cities.
In addition, housing activities will also be encouraged in this scheme.
The group told Civic’s body that two women’s hostels work would be built by us at Jagatpura-Tonk Road.
Also, a private golf course will be built in Delhi Road.
Another member of Cradu (Confederation of the Indian Real Estate Developer Association) was present at the meeting was also asked to develop housing and commercial cities.
