Jaipur: Normal Session of Rajasthan HC, Jaipur Bench, was disturbed on Tuesday after boycott of one of the judges announced by the Association of Bars.
In unusual development on Monday night, the High Court Bar Association said that they would not attend a single reserve of the Satish Kumar Sharma Justice Court, which had been assigned the case under the CRPC 482, until the list was changed.
Sharma Judge is currently assigned a case related to CRPC 482 where trial training attached to the petition seeks the case investigation.
The Bar Association was reportedly nervous after the judge refused to give special treatment to cases involving lawyers.
After the announcement, the judges did not appear in their room in the morning to hear the case.
Chairman of the Indrajit Mahanty judge, has made a transfer, not present at Jaipur.
But following the instructions of the main justice, the judges had negotiated in the steps of the Bar Association.
After consulting the Bar Association, they are a six-member justice panel to see their complaints.
The court was only continued in the afternoon but his relationship was attached to the holder to boycott the judge.
The Association President Bhuvnesh Sharma said the boycott would continue until the list was changed.
