Patna: The day after the blail boiler at the noodle factory in the Bela Industrial area in Muzaffarpur who claimed seven lives, the police on Monday stormed the accommodation of factory owners, manger, and supervisors, which was submitted on Sunday for negligence in engine maintenance.
Sho from the defense police station Kundan Kumar Singh said all the defendants fled.
“The team stormed the factory owner’s private accommodation and was accused of other named, but they were not found.
Factory manager, Uday Shanker, native Married, had gone with family members and his house locked.
We were carrying out an attack on accusing the defendant,” he said.
FIR was registered at the end of the night of the statement of factory employees who claimed that the maintenance of the boiler would mature over the past year.
FIR was filed against the owner of the Vikash Modi factory and his wife Shweta Modi, manager Uday Shanker and Supervisor Rahul and Digvijay.
They were ordered under section 336, 337, 338 and 285 (acting so negligent to endanger human life), 287 (negligent behavior in connection with the machine), 427 (do damage and thus cause lost or damage), 308 and 304 (guilty) Murder does not amount to murder) and 34 (actions carried out by several people in the continuation of general intentions) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC).
Sho said the statement of all the injured people underwent treatment at Shri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) was recorded on Monday.
A vishal, who suffered minor injuries, was sent home from the hospital on Monday.
The remaining two deceased was identified as Ajit Kumar and Lalanv.
Five deceased has been identified on Sundays.
They are Prakash Rai, Vinod Rai, Sandeep Kumar, Amarnath, and M Sahni.
Sho said the investigation revealed that the explosion took place during maintenance work and all victims came from the maintenance team.
“Most factories have female workers.
In one shift, around 170 women are used to work in the factory.
The employees said the boiler was in a bad condition.
The incident occurred due to negligence in the part of the factory and employees owners,” he said.
