Vadodara: Sleuth Crime Branch on Friday Nabbed Ayub Zarda and another from Godhra to produce a false solvency certificate in the Vadodara center prison.
Ayub is the Brother of 2002 Godhra Train Carnage Carnage Salim Zarda who lodged in prison.
Police said that two people involved in fraud had not been arrested.
“We arrested Ayub and Kanti Vasava while Iqbal Belim and Aslam Chuchla had not been arrested.
Ayub has produced a fake solvency certificate on behalf of Vasava and Belim, and the duo knows about fraud.
Aslam has prepared a fake certificate,” Jaydeepsinh Jadeja said, DCP (crime) .
Vadodara Central Prison officials have filed a complaint against Job at the Raopura Police Station on Tuesday after they learned that he completed the false solvency certificate.
The Gujarat High Court has provided parole 21 days to Salim and ordered it to deposit RS One Lakh and two Solvability certificates of RS One Lakh respectively in June.
Ayub went to Vadodara Central Prison on June 30 and produced two solvency certificates of Rs 10 Lakh and Rs 15 Lakh.
When prison officials asked him to show aadhar cards from people whose solvency certificates had produced, Job told them that the cards were stored at the prison gate.
He told them that he would get an identity card but never returned.
Prison officials grow suspicious because the certificate of solvency each of Rs 10 Lakh and Rs 15 Lakh on the number of RS One Lakh is needed.
They got a verified solvency certificate from the Mamlatdar office in Godhra and learned that the documents were false.
