Vadodara: Ministry of Zoology at MS University organizes a three-day workshop on the ‘Machine of Life: A workshop on working with biomolecules.’ The program ended on Wednesday was supported by the Biotechnology Mission of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.
The main objective of this program will provide direct training to the last year of BSC and M students sc sciences from all gujarat when conducting RT-PCR and Western Blotting – two primary techniques used in molecular diagnostics and experiments.
“A total of 30 participants from various biological fields attended this program,” said the Dean of the Faculty of Science Professor of the Kataria Day.
“The participants with technical competencies can now act as a backup power to run the RT-PCR engine in an emergency like a pandemic that we all experienced recently,” he said.
