Cii-Rajasthan in his representative said that according to the 2006 MSME Law, a large-scale unit, the business of the public sector and the government department needed to pay to the MSME within 45 days of purchase.
Chairman of the Chairperson of the Industrial Body Sanjay Saboo said, “Payment accumulates and industry requires this support at this critical time and all large-scale government units must strictly follow Acts for Law for payments within 45 days.” He said there was a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance in June, 2020 provided direction to the government department to pay pending payments in the next 15 days and to report to FD on July 6.
