Mumbai: The city crime branch has claimed to have broken the main credit / debit card with the arrest of Bulgarian citizens from three-star hotels in Andheri on Sunday.
The Crime Unit 7 branch on Sunday caught Fergier Vensislav Donchor (45) which is a member of the Gang Skimmer key.
The source said that while they had caught Fergier, they were looking for another Bulgarian national involved in the racket.
Mumbai police suspect that both are part of an international gang instrumental in sucking money from the ATM machine through a skimming device.

The crime branch team led by Inspector Manish Shridhankar and Priya Thorat invaded the hotel room from where the police arrested Fergier.
The police also confiscated two cellphones, and laptops used to make duplicate debit / credit cards.
“In Goregaon’s case, we studied CCTV recordings at at least 40 to 50 people losing their money.
CCTV footage matches the defendant who was arrested.
In addition, we also collect technical evidence of the tower location among other details.” Source said.
The police said that they had caught their passport and had told the Bulgarian embassy about the arrests and other escape suspects.
The police said the defendant was also seen in the CCTV footage of the case registered at the Navhar police station at Mulund.
