VADODARA: Chartered Accountant Ashok Jain, who was in detention because he allegedly raped a 24-year-old legal student, had been seeking guarantees from the court.
In the application guarantee, Jain once again requested innocence by stating that FIR was a conspiracy that was hatched by Bootlegger Alpesh Waghvani aka Alpu Sindhi and it was used as a ‘weapon’ to endanger its reputation.
Jain even stated that he was ready for narco tests or other types of scientific tests but the investigation body did not carry out such tests.
Also alleged that the representation was not considered and FIR was being investigated with prejudiced thoughts.
The Bad application also made accusations against law students that he submitted forgery on the insistence of Sindhi and his banking transactions raised doubts about his activities even when he claimed to be a law student.
Among other pages, Jain also asked for a guarantee because this was the first case to oppose it and he was ready to comply with all the conditions to be worn by the court.
Bail trees will be taken to hear on Thursday.
